🛠️ Dev Log Update – October 8, 2025

Removing ZIP Download – Moving to Installer

We’re phasing out the raw ZIP format and replacing it with a proper Windows installer (.exe) for FriedrichAI.

✅ Easier install (no more unzipping or folder juggling)

✅ Cleaner structure and safer execution

✅ Prepares us for broader testing and first public demo builds

✅ Local-only setup — still entirely offline, still private

> 💡 The goal is to make testing Friedrich accessible for anyone, even non-technical users. Just install and launch.

A stripped-down core demo version will be available soon — not yet feature-complete, but a glimpse into the agent’s framework and inner logic. I’ll post when it’s live.
